City Of Bones, Baby!

In less than 24 hours I will be watching City Of Bones on the big screen!

Mortal Instruments City Of Bones by Cassandra Clare is one of my all-time favorite series. The world building was incredible and from all the clips of City Of Bones, they did this novel justice.

City of Bones

Set in contemporary New York City, a seemingly ordinary teenager, Clary Fray (Lily Collins), discovers she is the descendant of a line of Shadowhunters, a secret cadre of young half-angel warriors locked in an ancient battle to protect our world from demons. After the disappearance of her mother (Lena Headey), Clary must join forces with a group of Shadowhunters, who introduce her to a dangerous alternate New York called Downworld, filled with demons, warlocks, vampires, werewolves and other deadly creatures.  Based on the worldwide best-selling book series

Jace Wayland looks every bit as lethal and cocky as he should.

Just my opinion, but Clary’s hair isn’t as red as it should be. Not sure why this bothers me. Maybe because I read so many books picturing her with bright red hair. Um, and Jace loved it too…

Speaking of Jace loving anything Clary…

WHO’S YOUR DADDY??

City of Bones 9

I may not be able to watch when Valentine drops his mindf#ck bomb!

Poor Jace & Clary! BUT!!….

And I may be on this level of pissed off if they cut that twisted twist from the movie. Just saying…

  1. For all my excitement over this movie, for all my swooning over Jace and love for all the characters… I was not prepared to see them on the big screen. Or to hear lines I remembered from the book.
